Terms of service.

If you agree to be photographed by Taryn Weitzman (“the Artist”). you agree to the following terms.

1. Permission to Photograph
   You voluntarily allow the Artist to photograph you.

2. Use of Images
   You give the Artist full permission to use your likeness/the photographs in any way she chooses, including but not limited to:

   • Fine art prints

   • Exhibitions and galleries

   • Editorial and publication

   • Website, portfolio, and social media

   • Marketing, promotion, and branding

   • Future creative or commercial projects

3. Ownership
   You understand that the Artist owns all rights to the photographs. You do not own the images, even if you appear in them.

4. No Compensation Required
   You understand that you may not receive payment or other compensation for the use of these images unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If you are hiring Taryn to be photographed for her photography services, you will abide by the terms set for your specific photoshoot.

5. No Approval Required
   You waive the right to review or approve the final images or how they are used.

6. No Harmful Use
   The Artist agrees not to use the images in a way that is defamatory or intentionally harmful.

7. Legal Capacity
   You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or a parent/legal guardian signing for a minor) and have the legal right to sign this agreement.

By having the Artist take your photo, you acknowledge you have read and understood this release and agree to its terms.
